Job vs Business: What’s Better?

1.Responsibility
At the initial level of any business a businessman is very much engaged and under so many responsibilities ,  on the other hand a job doing person will only be liable to do the work as assigned by his/her boss. His working areas and responsibilities will be upto a limited extent but for a businessman there is no such criteria.

2.Freedom
A boss is usually free to take action in accordance with his choice but a job person is not allowed to do so. He is under obligation to do whatever his boss wants him to do. He is not free to do by his will. But a businessman enjoys full freedom .

3.Learning

A job doing person's learning will be in limited areas in which he works on the other hand a businessman learns each and every aspect of life while working.
